Local 31
Based in Kansas City, Kansas, the 3,000 active members of Local 31 make the Chevy Malibu at GM's Fairfax Assembly Plant. The local also represents 2,700 retirees.

Local 76
Based in North-Central California, Amalgamated Local 76 represents members at eight different units who work at Ford, Chrysler, Premier (NUMMI), Injex, Dakota, Eurest, Exel and Dana.

Local 110
Local 110 represents members of the Chrysler St. Louis South assembly plant. 

Local 148
Local 148 represents 2,600 active members who work at McDonnell Douglas/Boeing Aircraft in Long Beach, and Carson, Calif., where they build military and commercial aircraft including the C-17 and 717. Founded in 1942, the local’s retiree membership is 7,800 strong.

Local 218
Based in Hurst, Texas, the 1,900 members of this local build the Cobra, V-22 Osprey, Huey and OH-58 helicopters for Bell Helicopter. Local 218 was chartered in 1953 and has 2,700 retiree members.

Local 249
Local 249 represents 5,000 UAW members at Ford Motors’ Kansas City Assembly Plant in Pleasant Valley, Mo. Members build the Ford F-150 Super Cab, F-150 Super Crew Cab, and F-150 King Crew Cab, as well as the new Ford Escape and Mazda Tribute sport utility vehicles. Local 249 membership also includes 200 active members from the Kansas City Parts Distribution Center in Lenexa, Kan., 10 nurses at the assembly plant and approximately 2,000 retirees.

Local 276
Local 276 represents 2,800 workers at GM’s Vehicle Manufacturing Assembly Plant in Arlington, Texas, where they build the Tahoe, Yukon and Escalade sport utility vehicles. Based in Grand Prairie, Texas, the local was chartered in 1954 and includes 2,700 retired workers.

Local 282
This amalgamated local, based in St. Louis, Missouri, comprises 14 bargaining units and represents 1,200 members at nine companies. Over 100 retirees are active in the local's retirees' chapter.

Local 848
This local dates back to 1943 when workers at North American Aviation in Grand Prairie, Texas, joined the UAW. Today, Local 848 members work at Lockheed, Raytheon and Vought.

Local 887
Local 887 represents the Aerospace workers that put America on the Moon! The members built America's Space Shuttle fleet  as well as sections of the International Space Station. Local 887 is an amalgamated local representing  members at Boeing, Rocketdyne, Pratt Whitney and Eurest workers in Southern California.

Local 952
Based in Oklahoma Local 952 represents Aerospace workers.

Local 1558
Based in Oklahoma, Local 1558 represents Aerospace workers.

Local 1760
Based in St. Louis Missouri, Local 1760 represents members at Chrysler.

Local 1895
The PROUD "Home Local" of Region 5 Director Gary Jones is located between Tulsa and Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and was established in 1974 when the Tulsa Glass plant opened. Nearly 482 members work here producing the finest glass in the world for industrial, commercial and automotive applications.

Local 1999
This is the local that represents General Motors assembly workers in Oklahoma City, Okla. Includes a wealth of up to date information and features.

Local 2162
This local represents 115 active UAW members in Reno, Nevada. The proud UAW members work at the General Motors Service Parts Operation (SPO), which warehouses GM parts for dealerships in the Western region. The local was chartered in 1980 and has 300 retirees.

Local 2166
This Shreveport, La., local represents workers making the Chevy S-10, GMC Sonoma and the Isuzu Hombre light duty pick-up trucks. About half the members were hired locally and the other half transferred in from other General Motors plants.

Local 2244
Based in Fremont, California this local represents the Production and Maintenance workers at the New United Motors Manufacturing Inc, worksite.

Local 2250
The PROUD "Home Local" of Region 5 Director JIm Wells is located in Wentzville Missouri. Opened in 1983, our members currently assemble the Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana model vans.

Local 2350
Based throughout the state of California, UAW Local 2350 is the "Union’s Union." Membership is comprised of union representatives/organizers, secretaries, accountants, print machine operators, attorneys, communications specialists and the individuals who staff the internal organizations of CSEA – the California State Employee Association which includes The Association of California State Supervisors; SEIU, Local 1000 - State of California Employees; SEIU, Local 2579 - California State University Employees; and The California State Employees Association Retirees, Inc.

Local 2865
This Association of Graduate Student Employees (AGSE/UAW) represents student workers at University of California campuses across the state. The graduate students do most of the teaching and other tasks that keep the University running.

Local 4121
This Local Union represents approximately 4500 Academic Student Employees (ASEs) at the University of Washington. This includes undergraduate and graduate students working as Research Assistants, Staff Assistants, Teaching Assistants, Readers/Graders, Tutors, Fellows and Trainees who do similar work.

Local 4123
UAW Local 4123 is the Union representing over 6,000 Academic Student Employees (ASEs) -- Teaching Assistants, Graduate Assistants, Instructional Student Assistants, and others -- at the 23 campuses of the California State University.

 Local 5810
UAW Local 5810 is the Union for over 6,000 Postdoctoral Researchers at the University of California. Through the Union we bargain collectively for improvements in wages, hours, benefits, and terms and conditions of employment.
